當(dang)CPU連(lian)續3s檢測到(dao)高(gao)壓保護(大于3MPa)時,關閉除燈箱外的(de)所(suo)有負載(zai),屏蔽(bi)所(suo)有按鍵及遙控信號,指(zhi)示(shi)燈閃(shan)(shan)爍并顯示(shi)E1。如果顯示(shi)板組(zu)件(jian)只使用(yong)指(zhi)示(shi)燈,表現為運(yun)行指(zhi)示(shi)燈滅3s/閃(shan)(shan)1次。

工作原理

格力柜式空調器高(gao)壓保護(hu)電路(lu)原(yuan)理(li)圖見下圖。

高(gao)(gao)壓保(bao)護電路由(you)室(shi)外機電流檢測板(ban)、高(gao)(gao)壓壓力開關(guan)、室(shi)內(nei)外機連(lian)接線(xian)、室(shi)內(nei)機主板(ban)、顯示板(ban)組成。

空調(diao)器上電(dian)后,室(shi)外(wai)機(ji)電(dian)流(liu)檢測板(ban)上繼電(dian)器觸點(dian)閉合(he)(he),高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力開關的觸點(dian)也(ye)處于閉合(he)(he)狀態。室(shi)外(wai)機(ji)接(jie)線(xian)端(duan)子上N端(duan)引(yin)線(xian)(藍色)經(jing)繼電(dian)器觸點(dian)至(zhi)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力開關,輸出(chu)引(yin)線(xian)(黃(huang)色)經(jing)室(shi)內(nei)外(wai)機(ji)連接(jie)線(xian)中的黃(huang)線(xian)送至(zhi)室(shi)內(nei)機(ji)主(zhu)板(ban)上OVC端(duan)子(黃(huang)色),此時為零線(xian)N,與主(zhu)板(ban)L端(duan)(接(jie)線(xian)端(duan)子上Ll)形成交流(liu)220V,經(jing)電(dian)阻R2、R26、R27、R3降壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)、二極管D1整流(liu)、電(dian)容C201濾波,在光耦合(he)(he)器PC2初(chu)級形成約(yue)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)1.1V電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),PC2內(nei)部發(fa)光二極管發(fa)光,次(ci)級光敏晶體管導通(tong),5V電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)經(jing)電(dian)阻R1、PC2二次(ci)送到主(zhu)板(ban)CN6插座中OVC引(yin)針,為高(gao)電(dian)平約(yue)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)4.6V,經(jing)室(shi)內(nei)機(ji)主(zhu)板(ban)和顯(xian)示板(ban)的連接(jie)線(xian)送至(zhi)顯(xian)示板(ban),經(jing)電(dian)阻R731送到CPU的20腳,CPU根據高(gao)電(dian)平4.6V判斷高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)保護電(dian)路正(zheng)常,處于待(dai)機(ji)狀態。

待(dai)機或(huo)開(kai)機狀態下由于某種原因(如(ru)高壓壓力開(kai)關觸點斷開(kai)),即N端零(ling)線(xian)開(kai)路,室內機主板OVC端子與L端不能(neng)形成(cheng)交(jiao)流(liu)220V電壓,光耦(ou)合器Pc2初級電壓約(yue)直流(liu)0.8V,

PC2發光二極管(guan)不能發光,次級斷開,5V電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)經電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1斷路,室內機主板CN6插座中(zhong)OVC引(yin)針經電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R25接地為低電(dian)(dian)平0V,經連接線送至腳,CPU20腳,CPU根據低電(dian)(dian)平0V判斷高(gao)壓(ya)保護電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)出(chu)現(xian)故障(zhang),3S后立即關閉(bi)所有負載,報出(chu)E1的故障(zhang)代(dai)碼,指示(shi)燈持續閃(shan)爍。

另(ling)外維修時需要注(zhu)意以下幾點:

①由于(yu)交流電(dian)(dian)源無正(zheng)負極(ji)之分,因此光耦合(he)器(qi)初級(ji)(ji)發光二極(ji)管負極(ji)無論是通過電(dian)(dian)阻接相(xiang)線L或零線N,只要(yao)OVC端(duan)子(zi)與(yu)L端(duan)電(dian)(dian)壓為交流220V.初級(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)壓均為直(zhi)流1.1V次級(ji)(ji)光敏晶體管均能(neng)導通。

②CPU連(lian)續3s檢(jian)測高壓保(bao)護電路(lu)斷開時,立即停機進入保(bao)護狀態,顯示E1并(bing)屏(ping)蔽按(an)

鍵和遙(yao)控信號,且故障不再自動恢復。即高壓保護電路斷開時,按壓按鍵和遙(yao)控器均無反應,相(xiang)當于死機一樣。

③如果(guo)高(gao)壓保護電路恢(hui)復正常,解除屏(ping)蔽按鍵(jian)和遙控信(xin)號,此時(shi)按壓“開/關(guan)(guan)”鍵(jian)可(ke)關(guan)(guan)機(ji),再按壓1次可(ke)開機(ji)。注意:按壓2次按鍵(jian)應間(jian)隔一(yi)段時(shi)間(jian)(約5s),如果(guo)間(jian)隔時(shi)間(jian)過短,開機(ji)后(hou)依舊(jiu)顯示E代碼。

④空調器正(zheng)在運行時如高壓保護電路斷開,立即停機顯(xian)示E1代碼(ma)。

⑤空調器(qi)(qi)上電(dian)(dian)(dian)時(shi)(shi)(shi)高(gao)壓(ya)保護電(dian)(dian)(dian)路即(ji)處于斷(duan)(duan)開狀態,此時(shi)(shi)(shi)有2種故(gu)障現象。1為空調器(qi)(qi)上電(dian)(dian)(dian)后立(li)即(ji)按(an)壓(ya)“開/關”鍵,顯示(shi)屏顯示(shi)正常運行圖案后顯示(shi)E1代碼(ma)。2為上電(dian)(dian)(dian)后5s以內(nei)未(wei)按(an)壓(ya)“開/關”鍵,CPU檢(jian)測(ce)后進入(ru)保護狀態,并不顯示(shi)E1代碼(ma),同(tong)時(shi)(shi)(shi)由于屏蔽按(an)鍵和遙控信(xin)號,則表現為類似于“上電(dian)(dian)(dian)無反應或空調器(qi)(qi)無供電(dian)(dian)(dian)”的(de)假(jia)性(xing)故(gu)障現象,區別是(shi)高(gao)壓(ya)保護電(dian)(dian)(dian)路斷(duan)(duan)開時(shi)(shi)(shi),空調器(qi)(qi)上電(dian)(dian)(dian)后蜂鳴器(qi)(qi)響一聲(sheng)且故(gu)障指示(shi)燈持續閃(shan)爍。

⑥5P柜(ju)式(shi)(shi)(shi)空調器使用渦(wo)旋式(shi)(shi)(shi)壓縮(suo)機,為三(san)相交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)380V供電(dian),所(suo)以室(shi)外機設(she)有(you)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)檢(jian)測板。3P空調器(柜(ju)式(shi)(shi)(shi)和(he)掛式(shi)(shi)(shi))由于使用旋轉式(shi)(shi)(shi)或渦(wo)旋式(shi)(shi)(shi)壓縮(suo)機,通常為單相交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)220V供電(dian),電(dian)流(liu)(liu)檢(jian)測電(dian)路設(she)在(zai)室(shi)內(nei)機主板,室(shi)外機高(gao)壓保護電(dian)路中(zhong)只有(you)高(gao)壓壓力開關,未設(she)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)檢(jian)測板。

⑦目前的(de)3P部(bu)分型號空調器已取(qu)消了高壓保(bao)護(hu)(hu)電(dian)路(lu)。早(zao)期(qi)的(de)3P空調器通(tong)常設(she)有高壓保(bao)護(hu)(hu)電(dian)路(lu)。目前和早(zao)期(qi)的(de)5P柜式空調器均(jun)設(she)有高壓保(bao)護(hu)(hu)電(dian)路(lu)。
